I was really disappointed with my room. I had booked one with a bathtub, but they stuck me in a cheaper option. After some back and forth, they finally moved me, but it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our spotless room, with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the Dragon Bridge, exceeded expectations. Breakfast was delicious, offering many options to start our day right. The location was perfect, with attractions like Lady Buddha and the beach just a short drive away. The spa and pool facilities enhanced our relaxation, though the pool area could use a bit of improvement. this hotel was a lovely choice for our family vacation!

The noise level was ridiculous-even on the 18th floor, we could hear the nightclub below until 3 AM. It completely ruined our sleep. I can't imagine staying there again if peace and quiet are what you're after.

Great location near the night market and fantastic views of the dragon bridge! The staff were friendly, especially one who helped us with everything. Just a heads up, some noise from the street can be heard in the rooms, but overall a really enjoyable stay.

The noise from the street at night was unbearable, even on the 18th floor. Traffic, music, and shouting kept me up. I just wanted a peaceful night; instead, I had to deal with constant disruptions until midnight.

Really good service with fine riverfront views.
The noise from the street was unbearable, even on the 8th floor. I found it frustrating that the room's design was inconvenient, especially with the poorly placed toilet roll. The communication mishaps regarding our complimentary massage were disappointing and left us feeling neglected.

This hotel was just a top selection for a transient stop in Da Nang with good value. The views from the riverfront balcony were fine, making mornings special. Use the rooftop bar for great cocktails, but expect it to be busy.

Yo, our room had a view of the Dragon Bridge that was straight fire! Breakfast was dope, with mad options. The staff was so friendly, they even sent me conditioner super quick when I asked. Only thing was the rooftop bar noise, it was a bit much for real.
